Advice & support
As your main point of contact I am always available via e-mail, phone or personally. Together we consider how we can turn ideas and wishes into reality. I always keep you up to date during the planning of your wedding.
Venue scouting
We will speak at length about what would be the perfect venue for your wedding. With this in mind I would search and select a range of venues that would achieve perfection, no matter how and where you want to get married.
Budget planning
I create a budget plan for you in order to have a common overview of your costs. Thereby we keep an eye on all costs and see how we can optimally use your expenses.
Wedding concept
You have ideas for design, decoration and stationery? But you don't know how to get it on paper?
I help you to choose a design that tells your story and visually runs through the wedding.
Coordination of service providers
One day, many service providers. We need the right partners at our side for issues like entertainment, catering or a wedding speaker. I will take care of a selection of service providers that make you shine.
An operating plan will help coordinate all services.
Day of wedding coordination
On the wedding day I take care to ensure that all planned services go hand in hand. Thus allowing you to enjoy this precious day and be your own guest. I will be the point of contact for all service providers and guests.
Value of performance
Since you want to get married in Portugal, the organisation is slightly different compared to your home country. In the most likely case, I am planning your wedding in Portugal from scratch and you have not yet taken any planning steps. We therefore speak of a full wedding planning service. This contains all the points mentioned above. If you have already identified certain service providers such as a photographer or have already organised further details, then this is
partial planning. My partial service allows you to mix and match any of the services mentioned above.
In our first meeting we will discuss which of my services you will require. I will then build the perfect package tailored to your needs.
